Mul-T-Lock is the patented-key platform we install most for high-security residential and commercial jobs across Montréal, Laval and Longueuil. The MT5+ platform (patent through 2030+) uses a 5-pin telescopic key, hardened-steel drill inserts, anti-bump sliders and a keyway that can't be copied at a corner hardware store — new keys only cut against your signed authorization card.

Medeco M3 and Maxum — angled-pin patented cylinders.

Medeco's angled-pin design (M3 platform) resists picking with a two-axis rotation requirement that virtually eliminates standard pick attacks. Hardened-steel inserts stop drill attacks. We install Medeco on clinics, law offices, jewellery retail and pharmacy storerooms where key control is not optional.

Von Duprin 99 is the North American commercial panic exit standard — rim, mortise and surface vertical rod devices to CNB egress requirements. We install and service on schools, clinics, retail, offices. Fire-rated variants installed on labelled doors only.

LCN 4040 and 4050 door closers — installed, adjusted, replaced.

LCN 4040XP is the North American commercial door closer standard — cast-iron body, 25-year warranty on the mechanism, adjustable sweep, latch and backcheck. We install, adjust and replace on hollow-metal, aluminum storefront and wood entry doors. Fire-rated variants for labelled openings.

Hoppe HLS7 and HLS9 multipoint gearboxes and handles.

Hoppe is the most common multipoint gearbox on Canadian entry doors — HLS7 for standard entries, HLS9 for taller doors. We stock full gearbox replacements, matching handle sets and escutcheons in the common finishes. Keyed to your existing house key on request.

G-U Ferco and Secury multipoint locks and handles.

G-U Ferco and Secury multipoint locks are the European alternative to Hoppe — common on higher-end Canadian entries and imported doors. We service and replace G-U gearboxes, hookbolt units, and handle sets, and can re-key most G-U cylinders to your existing house key.
